Ghana’s talented Dancehall artists Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale are set to be part of the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) as the board set to lift the ban.
The Head of Public Events and PRO at Charterhouse, Robert Klah, made this revelation on HitzFM this morning.
According to him, the VGMA board internally has agreed to lift the ban on the two artistes and Charterhouse will come out with an official statement after they met two artists and organisers to resolve some outstanding issues.
He added that;
There is a reason why this altercation happened and you want to be sure that they don’t resurface. You want to have that kind of conversation to understand and agree on how things should move
This comes ahead of the next VGMAs scheduled to happen this year with entries open by the organisers to receive nominations until a deadline set on 15th February.
