Prophet Kumchacha of Heaven’s Gate Ministries has said he dislikes listening to Wendy Shay’s songs because he sees no sense in them.
According to him, the Rufftown Records label signee’s songs throw more light and project prostitution between the youth.
He explained in an interview with Halifax on Okay FM that Wendy Shay mostly uses provocative words in her craftwork, adding that since she was shot to fame, all the songs she has released are foolish.
In his opinion, songs are supposed to educate or carry good messages across unlike what we normally hear from our musicians. Citing an example, the controversial Prophet said Wendy’s reference of President Akufo-Addo in her hit song title ‘Uber Driver’ is needless.

According to Kumchacha, the song that depicts that men are usually looking at women from their cars while on the road shouldn’t have been interpreted with the name of President Akufo-Addo.

“The song from Wendy Shay that projects Nana Addo as someone who loves giving an eye to the backside of women on the road is needless. When you study the character and her music antics, it projects more promiscuous due to her body language and demeanor. Everything of her promotes prostitution. She sings to promote prostitution.
“Someone who sings and says a whole Nana Addo p3 hw3 and things, you have to be fast and get the promotional aspect of her songs, it does nothing meaningful than to promote prostitution. The truth is one, don’t open your mouth, she sings to encourage prostitution among this kind of generation” he said.
