Sowah Odotei axed from post as Deputy Communications Minister

President Akufo-Addo has fired Vincent Sowah Odotei from his position as a Deputy Communications Minister.

Reasons for the development were not disclosed but his dismissal takes immediate effect, a statement signed by Eugene Arhin, Communications Director at Jubilee House stated.

His position will now be occupied by a former Deputy Minister for Health and Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, Alexander Kodwo Kom Abban.

“The President thanks Hon Vincent Odotei Sowah for his services to the country, and wishes him well in his future endeavors,” the statement noted.

Meanwhile, Member of Parliament for Ledzekokuku, Dr Bernard Oko-Boye has been appointed to occupy the Deputy Health Minister position.
