Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta wale has broken his silence after rumours circulated on social media that he was gunned down by unknown gunmen on October 18, 2021.
Nana Dope, one of Shatta Wale’s teammates, claimed that Wale was attacked by gunmen but managed to flee and was fighting for his life in a hospital. He took to his social media platforms to announce the unfortunate incident.
The police searched Shatta’s home and a number of health facilities as part of their inquiry but were unable to locate him.
Shatta Wale, on the other hand, apologized to his fans and anyone who were harmed by the hoax in a lengthy Facebook message.
He said that he used the team members’ phones to create a false post.
He alluded to a recent prophecy from a man of God that he would be killed by a bullet on October 18, 2021.
Shatta Wale was astonished that the security services were unable to provide him with protection after the prophecy was revealed, according to him.
