39 year old Eric Asumani Asante, teacher of Naylor SDA School at Tema community 6, was the best and outstanding teacher for the year 2020 by the National Teaching Council.
Speaking to the media, he hinted on the hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm spirit he offered on the field of work which was captured by the authorities in his district.
He said, his twelve years experience has helped him to developed education responses and advise the incoming teachers to work hard to achieve their ambition.
He was awarded three-bedroom house for his service.

She has worked for thirteen years using a motorbike which makes the service tiredness and she was awarded a brand New Pick-up with other gifts and certificates.
The Occasion was chaired, by Central regional minister, Hon. Kwamena Duncan, representing the President of the nation, Nana Akuffo-Addo, at the University of Cape Coast.
