The head of legal Counsel for President Nana Akuffo Addo, Lawyer Frank Davies have said that the supreme court has found the evidence of two witnesses of John Mahama as unrealistic and unworthy of consideration.

In view of this, he said that the court has concluded that the witnesses, Dr Kpessa-White and Robert Mettle-Nunoo should blame themselves for neglecting their duties at the National Coalition Centre and not shift the blame to the doorsteps of the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa.

The 2020 Election Petition Hearing stated that the testimonies of these two witnesses that they were tricked by the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Jean Mensa to neglect their post are unimportant and irrelevant. This is because they were not obliged to leave the coalition centre and even if they did, the National Democratic Congress had two additional agents at the National Coalition Centre who could have carried out their duties in their absence.
