Ghanaian private security expert and CEO of Westec Security Systems Ghana Limited Mrs. Esther Boakye, has been honoured for her outstanding contributions to the development of the private security sector in Ghana and her exceptional leadership.

This prestigious recognition was bestowed upon her at the 9th edition of the Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame Awards 2025, held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra on February 28, 2025.

Mrs Boakye’s latest accolade is a testament to her tireless efforts, dedication, and expertise in the private security sector over the years.

Her exemplary leadership qualities, coupled with her unwavering commitment to providing administrative expertise and coordination, have earned her a well-deserved place in the “Corporate Ghana Hall of Fame.” This esteemed platform is Ghana’s topmost connective corporate network, comprising prominent CEOs and business owners who collaborate and support one another.

The Hall of Fame, initiated by the Business Executive, serves as an executive association that facilitates connections among its members.

In an interview with the media after receiving the award, Mrs. Esther Boakye expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all Westec security clients, vendors across the country and beyond for their steadfast support.

She formerly held the position as the Credit Control Manager at Westec Security Systems (GH) Limited.

Mrs Boakye’s extensive background in the private security sector has been instrumental in her success as the current CEO of Westec Security Systems (GH) Limited. Her sharp decision-making abilities, adaptability, and commitment to fostering a dynamic workplace culture have significantly boosted productivity and strengthened client relationships.

Mrs. Boakye holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), with a specialization in Marketing, from the University of Cape Coast. She is a dedicated Christian, happily married, and the proud mother of three beautiful daughters.
