The Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, has met with heads of various departments within the Volta Regional Coordinating Council and other key regional state institutions.
The meeting, held on Tuesday, was part of the minister’s efforts to realign the region with the new government’s vision and to familiarise himself with the various public servants.
“This meeting set the tone for the collaborative and results-driven approach I intend to foster in the Volta Region.”
Mr Gunu explained that the meeting provided an opportunity to listen to concerns regarding their work and assured the officials of the government’s support.
“I was truly encouraged by the enthusiasm and commitment of our dedicated public servants. Many shared their insights and concerns, and I assured them of my unwavering commitment to partnership, innovation, and shared responsibility in making Volta the preferred destination for investment and development.”
He emphasised that his doors are open to all stakeholders in the region to assist in its development and to leave a lasting legacy.
“Together, we will leave a legacy of progress, and I am counting on the support of all stakeholders. My doors remain open, and I look forward to working closely with everyone to advance the growth of our beloved region.”
