The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), has said it is embarking on a mission to illuminate the lives of Ghanaians, particularly those in under-served communities.

With an unwavering commitment to improving livelihoods, the GNPC Foundation says it has set out to touch the lives of five million Ghanaians, promising a brighter future for the nation.

The Asokwa Municipality and Adansi Asokwa District are the latest in the Ashanti Region to experience the generosity of the national oil company.

GNPC Foundation takes pride in its dedication to the Ashanti Region, boasting 123 diverse projects funded by the nation’s oil resources since 2017. These projects include a six-unit classroom block at Kumasi High School, and a 12-seater sanitary facility at Atonso Bokro, all within the Asokwa Municipality.

Additionally, there’s a newly constructed three-unit classroom block in Dasubimadwen and a six-unit classroom block in Adansi Asokwa, both in the Adansi Asokwa District.
