The Parliamentary Candidate for National Democratic Congress(NDC) Party at Effutu Constituency in Central region, Dr. James Kofi Annan has called on the entire constituent to vote and rally behind him coming 7th December general elections.
Speaking to the Media, when he successfully filled his nomination forms to Electoral Commission at Winneba office to contest the parliamentary seat of Effutu constituency at the forthcoming December 7 elections.

He, therefore, charged the party supporters, sympathizers, and the floating voters to come on board to change the wind of direction, hardship situation, and vote out the NPP and bring back the competent party to save the Ghanaians, especially Effutuman.
In addition, the former council of state member, Dr, Eric Don-Arthur Snr, indicated the hardship situation in the country and how Ghanaians are dying of hunger due to incompetent NPP which the good people of Ghana must vote them out of power and bring in the NDC to salvage the situation.
