In an important development for the world of rugby, the World Council Regional Committee of World Rugby convened on Sunday to deliberate upon the reinstatement of the Royal Moroccan Rugby Federation (FRMR) and accepted its return as an Associated Member. In his address to the World Council Regional Committee, Herbert Mensah passionately made the case for the Royal Moroccan Rugby Federation’s reinstatement.
