The President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, accompanied by the Director of Operations at the presidency, Lord Commery, and the Director of Communications, Eugene Arhin paid an unannounced visitel to five registration centres in the Greater Accra Region.
They are, the Kanda Cluster of Schools Registration Centre in Ayawaso East; Abossey Okai Presby Registration Centre in Ablekuma Central; Ebenezer Funeral Parlour (1&2) Registration Centres in Weija-Gbawe; Teshie Aboma Presby Church Registration Centre in Ledzokuku; and the Super Service Registration Centre in Klottey Korle.

In each of the registration centers, the president interacted with the registration officials who informed him of the processes and eligible voter goes through in other to vote. Also they informed him of the protective measures they observe before an individual is allowed in the queue. They include the washing and sanitising of hand, the compulsory wearing of nose mask and the not less than one meter social distancing protocol.
The president satisfied with the process and progress, urged them to carry on with the good work.
