NEIP Hosts 5th Edition of Presidential Pitch, Awards Top Young Entrepreneur
The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) has successfully hosted the 5th season of the Presidential Pitch, a flagship initiative designed to empower young Ghanaians in entrepreneurship. The event, held at the Movenpick Hotel, gathered stakeholders from various sectors to support the growth and development of youth-led businesses across the country.

This year, the coveted Dr. John A. Kumah prize for entrepreneurship and innovation was awarded to Naangwinaa Samuel, who emerged as the overall best at the event. The CEO of NEIP, Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, highlighted that since its inception in 2017, the Presidential Pitch has supported 250,000 beneficiaries by providing business development support, starter packs, and funding. The initiative has led to the creation of over 100,000 jobs for the youth.

“The Presidential Pitch is a testament to the government’s commitment to entrepreneurship and innovation,” stated Kofi Ofosu Nkansah. “We believe that the youth have the potential to transform lives and create a sustainable future for the country.”
