


Parliament on Friday passed some new revenue measures despite the opposition by the public.
The tax measures which are Income Tax Amendment Bill, the Excise Duty Amendment Bill, and the Growth and Sustainability Amendment Bill are expected to generate about GH¢4 billion.
However, a section of the public has argued that it will lead to the collapse of businesses as businesses may not survive the taxes.
