Hiplife artiste Prince Bright has revealed he is not proud of some of the lyrics used in some of his old songs.
Speaking to Joy Entertainment, Prince Bright says he realized he could use explicit words in his songs without people noticing back then.
According to him, he is now mature and careful with his choice of lyrics because of his audience and children.
He also noted that even though society shuns away from explicit content, he managed to get away with that because he comically delivered his lyrics.
“I crafted a thing for myself that I could easily get away with saying things through humour,” Prince Bright said.
He added: “We noticed that and decided that as much sex sells, we are in an environment that appreciates going clean by what comes out your mouth and I learned this from Kojo Antwi and Reggie Rockstone.
“I am careful now not to cross the lines because of cause kids are listening. Now I’m more mature and I can approach a wider audience or matured audience who will appreciate my song for me and the general that comes before me,” Prince Bright disclosed on Let’s Talk Showbiz.
