According to the Trade and Industry Minister, K.T Hammond, his outfit is committed to supporting private sector businesses through technology.

Speaking at the UK-Ghana Chamber of Commerce End of year Gala Dinner and Awards for businesses, he reiterated the government’s commitment to cushioning local businesses to take advantage of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA).

“We as a government wants to demystify the business regulatory regime in the country to ensure businesses are conducted with ease”.

“We need a transformation to create an enabling environment to see businesses thrive and where innovation is encouraged. Ghana will take its rightful place in trading and business activities. We are committed to supporting these businesses”, he added.
