H.E Nana Akufo-Addo on his 21st Covid-19 update to Ghanaians announced January 9, 2021, as the reopening date for all tertiary students; regional Vector Control Officer for Zoomlion Company Limited John Baptist Asinvim stated that seven tertiary schools will be disinfected including C.K Tedam, sciences among others.
According to Mr. Asinvim, this disinfection is considered an important exercise that will help curb the virus.
He elaborated on the fact that fighting this pandemic is a collective responsibility and not Zoomlion’s responsibility hence, everyone should adhere to the protocols.

Assistant Accountant of Regentropfen College of Applied Sciences, Aboagye Dacosta also mentioned to the media that the disinfection exercise has not only helped curb the virus, but it has also helped kill some bacterias, however; there is enough accommodation for the students.
