#ElectionBillboard: #2020polls: EC’s Fomena Office Set Ablaze

The office of the Electoral Commission (EC) in the Fomena constituency has been gutted by fire.

Reports reaching hbtvghana.com indicates that the fire was started by disgruntled persons who did not agree with the EC’s decision to announce the results of Monday’s elections in the constituency.

Officers of the Ghana National Fire Service are on the scene battling the blaze.

But they were prevented by the security officials and were later hinted that one of the supporters has set ablaze the office from the backyard.
