Deputy Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection who doubles as the Member of Parliament for Tano North Constituency, Hon. Freda Akosua Oheneafrewo Prempeh has advised Ghanaians to be vigilant about today’s prophets.

In an interview on Homebase TV‘s Eboboba Morning Show with Odehyieba Yaw Anokye, she stressed that most prophets of today are liers and are in the system to spend Ghanaians money.

“Let us be able to sieve through them to find the better ones,” she said.

Hon. Freda Prempeh further said that Ghanaians should pray to God themselves rather than following today’s prophets.

“We should rather go on our knees and pray to God ourselves and He will listen to us,” she said.

Hon. Freda Prempeh said these in relation to the lynching of the 90-year-old woman yo death at Kafaba in the Savannah Region by a soothsayer called Hajia Filipina.
