The 39th National Farmers’ Day Celebration kicked off with an official launch at the Agriculture Ministry in Accra.
Centered on the theme ‘Delivering Smart Solutions for Sustainable Food Security and Resilience,’ this year’s event aims to recognize and applaud the indispensable contributions of our farmers to the nation’s growth and development.
It stands as a dedicated occasion to honor the hard work and commitment of our farmers in ensuring the growth and development of our nation.
The annual Farmers’ Day event, a testament to the remarkable efforts of our diligent farmers and fishers, underscores their pivotal role in the country’s progress.
The focal point of this year’s celebration is the upcoming Farmers’ Day award ceremony set to unfold in Tarkwa, Western Region, on December 1, 2023. This prestigious event follows the “Agrifest Ghana 2023,” which is a 5-day National Agricultural Fair commencing from today November 27 to December 1 2023 in Accra.
The 5-day National Agricultural Fair promises a unique platform for direct interaction, emphasizing the encouragement of consumer engagement. It stands as the greatest avenue to connect with your target audience and establish brand proximity.
The exhibition stands at Agrifest Ghana 2023 are designed to captivate the audience, ensuring that your target audience not only notices but also appreciates the communicated brand message. Additionally, this inclusive gathering will serve as a platform for networking, sharing innovative solutions, and fostering collaboration among the diverse stakeholders in the agricultural landscape.
For the smooth execution of all planned activities, a dedicated exhibition working group has been formed to meticulously oversee the preparations for this year’s exhibition. The exhibition will be held at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture headquarters and its surroundings in Accra.
The exhibition is designed to bring various stakeholders in the agriculture sector including input dealers, producers/farmers, policymakers, development partners, financial institutions, non-governmental agencies, civil society organizations and many more.
