Joe Mettle: You Never Benefit from Someone You Undermine
Contemporary Ghanaian gospel musician, Joe Mettle has disclosed the repercussions of undermining the efforts of others.
The singer revealed that undermining has never brought promotion to anyone, rather it makes the people you do that with become aware of who you are, and that rather makes them careful around you.

In his Facebook post on Monday, 13 July 2020, he urged his followers to diligently work and serve others with all their hearts wherever they find themselves because the difficulties in the leadership of creating opportunities for others are numerous.
“Work with all your heart wherever you find yourself serving, trust me it’s not easy having to be in leadership or creating something that gives the opportunity for people to serve,” he stated.

Joe Mettle further added that;
“How you treat the work and assignment of others today is the same way if you are fortunate yours will be treated, but most times it will be worse.”
He urged all, whether in ministry, public service, and or private sector to serve wholeheartedly and when it is your turn, you will also be served well.
