Women in Film, Television and Media Ghana (WiFT Ghana) successfully launched its organization during “The Evolution Workshops,” a one-day training and mentorship program held at Jambo Spaces in Accra.

The event brought together creatives, industry experts, and aspiring professionals for a day of skill-building and collaboration.

The workshop offered free training for women in the creative industry, reinforcing WiFT Ghana’s mission to empower and equip women with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to succeed in the film and creative industries.

The program began with the official launch of WiFT Ghana, during which President Juliet Ibrahim introduced the organization’s vision and long-term goals of strengthening women’s participation and leadership across film, television, and digital media. She also encouraged women across the industry to register and become active members of the growing WiFT Ghana community.
