Starting with the fixture between Real Madrid and Manchester City, Joy FM in collaboration with Hitz FM will be giving its listeners a special coverage of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) for the remainder of the season.
With Joy FM, holding the commentary rights for the Champions League until 2025, listeners will now also have an opportunity to watch the games live with the Joy Sports commentary team starting with this season’s semifinal games.
The public viewing is part of the build-up to the 2023 Hitz FM Rep Ur Jersey to be held at the Aviation Social Centre on June 10.
The information was made official during last Friday’s Game Plan of Joy 99.7 FM with the team expected to be at different places across Accra for the semis.
For the game between Madrid and Man City, there will be a public viewing at Porkitos inside Osu with live commentary also on Joy FM and Hitz FM.
The first leg of the game between AC Milan and Inter Milan at the San Siro will also see the team hold a viewing party at Oliver Twist, Laterbiokoshie.
The public viewing will also continue for the second leg with the climax being the final at the Aviation Social Centre.
