In recent times, ladies are not leaving anything to chance when it comes to dressing and looking good; they are slaying from their bedrooms to the boardrooms.

The days of wearing boring skirt suits and pants suits is gradually eroding. But, If they choose to wear it, it must have some attitude and character.

I don’t know if the ladies went back to Beijing for a women’s conference on fashion and style. Or, they went for a masterclass in fashion. Because, everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.

The ladies now show up in tasteful fashion ensembles worthy of notice by fashion connoisseurs. Upon careful observation, I’ve noticed the new crop of women who are government appointees are putting their best style foot forward and I am here for it!

Trust yours truly to have a bite on this, and give grease and oil to the ladies who are doing it right.

So I’ve reached out for my Ana Wintour dark shades, and doing what I do best.

Nana Oye’s kente outfit ticked all the boxes for me. She has served nothing but good looks on all her public engagements since assuming office.

Joyce Bawah-Mogtari, the lady who is known in the corridors of power as the person who has the ears of the President. Most times, she rocks simple braids with such elegance. She is the unofficial brand ambassador for Christie Brown. Her pieces for the inauguration ceremony and Independence Day Parade were top notch. It just sounds right when you put Madam Helga Aryee-Boadi’s name in a fashion statement. She is the CEO of the GNPC Foundation. This woman looks well put together in kaba & slit made in our local wax prints. She need not to gate keep who her designer is. She should share her details. Helga has a style of her own when it comes to her hair colour choice. I stan women who are “nonconformist” when it comes to their style choices. Keep giving us more colour girl!!!
