Former MUSIGA president, Bice Osei Kuffuor, popularly known as Obour has expressed his joy about 50million cedis allocated to the creative industry.

In an interview on Homebase Tv’s morning show, Eboboba hosted by RSM Kofi Doe Lawson, Obour said that,
“the NPP government is committed to the creative art industry progress, therefore, allocating 50 million cedis to the industry will yield progress”.

Following Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta on Thursday presented the 2020 mid-year budget review and supplementary estimates for the financial year in Parliament. The government allocated 50 million cedis to the creative department.
However, Obour urged all leaders of the creative company not to be reluctant because monies have been allocated to the industry rather this is the time for them to put much effort to help the industry progress.
