The SOS Children’s Villages project in Ejisu has brought about positive changes in the lives of a minimum of 1,110 children, 173 young individuals, and 336 families in the last five years.

The project, designed to mitigate poverty and address the challenges faced by residents, has proven to be remarkably advantageous.

At an event marking the culmination of the five-year initiative in the Ejisu Municipality, Alexander Mar Kekula, the National Director of the organization, underscored the project’s vital contribution to assisting children and the youth to achieve their aspirations.

He expressed that through their united determination and commitment, they have fortified families, enabled communities, and elevated the lives of 1,110 children, 173 TVET youth, and 336 families.

He highlighted that a comprehensive total of 395 families, encompassing participants in the solidarity fund project, received grants to either launch new ventures or expand existing ones.
