The sad news convened is that a security man was allegedly caught pants down by residents, defiling an 8-year-old girl.
According to the report, the man was reportedly caught in the act on Saturday, August 22nd,2020, in a building under construction.
The suspect was stripped, tied up, and handed over to the police for further investigation.
