The Republic Bank-Luv FM Habitat Fair has officially opened at the Kumasi City Mall, with exhibitors from the building and construction industry offering exciting discounts.
The Kumasi City Mall will, in the next four days, become the one-stop shop for all housing needs of homeowners and prospective homeowners.
From an array of home accessories, mortgage banking, litigation-free lands, roofing sheeting, and building blocks, exhibitors are offering exciting discounts of up to 20 per cent during the four-day event.
The Black Friday sales are seeing some exhibitors offer up to 50 per cent discounts on their products at the fair, easing the financial burden of patrons.
The 6th edition of the fair is on the theme, “Inclusive, sustainable and affordable housing for all.”

Speaking at the opening ceremony of this year’s fair, Relationship Manager for the Kumasi business unit of The Multimedia Group, Maxwell Frimpong Manso, expatiated on the theme for the fair.
He highlighted that the event is providing a convenient and affordable means for prospective homeowners to build their dream homes sustainably.
“Today’s opening reflects a shared ambition: to unlock value across the real estate ecosystem, and empower families with the resources and insights they need to improve and secure dignified shelter,” he noted.

The fair is an annual convergence of ideas, innovation and actionable solutions aimed at reshaping the housing landscape in the Ashanti region.
“Housing remains one of the most pressing socio-economic imperatives of our time. The national housing deficit underscores the need for forward-leaning partnerships, innovative financing models and a more integrated stakeholder approach,” Mr. Frimpong noted.

This fair provides a precisely enabling platform where suppliers, developers, artisans, financiers, home owners and prospective homeowners meet to explore pathways that turn aspirations into reality.
Republic Bank is emphasising its sustained leadership in mortgage financing and commitment to bridging the affordability gap through flexible, customer-focused products.

The fair is assembling emerging technologies, greener building materials, modern construction techniques and customer-centric financing toward affordability, durability and environmental responsibility.
