Ghanaian spiritual leader Clement Testimony has publicly cautioned footballer Mohammed Kudus against wearing blue or white club jerseys in the upcoming season, claiming divine revelation foretells career risks.
In a social media post titled “URGENT PROPHESY FOR MOHAMMED KUDUS FUTURE,” the prophet known as Prophet Clem stated he received visions indicating a move to a blue-jerseyed club would cause “multiple injuries” derailing Kudus’ career within a year. He similarly warned that a white jersey would trigger performance regression.
Testimony further advised the West Ham United player against transferring to “Arab land seeking for more money,” asserting such a move would “dim his shine forever prophetically.”
Instead, the prophet urged Kudus to seek a team with red uniforms, linking the color to future global stardom and Ballon d’Or contention. “I saw the red garment put on him and he became a global star,” Testimony wrote. He clarified the prophecy required “spiritual discernment” and offered Kudus private guidance. The post did not specify clubs but referenced jersey colors prevalent across European and Middle Eastern leagues.
Kudus, 23, has not publicly responded to the warning. The Ghana international scored 14 goals for West Ham last season, attracting transfer interest from multiple top-tier clubs. Prophetic advisories to athletes occasionally surface in Ghanaian media, though their influence on professional decisions remains undocumented.
