Ghana’s comedy powerhouse, OB Amponsah, emerged as the biggest winner at the just-ended 2025 Ghana Comedy Awards, cementing his place as one of the nation’s leading comedic voices.
The celebrated stand-up comedian was crowned Stand-up Comedian of the Year, the most coveted individual prize of the night.
In addition to his personal accolade, OB Amponsah’s landmark 10th anniversary show, OB Amponsah Live at the Bukom Arena, won Comedy Special of the Year.
