The country’s coronavirus case count continues to rise after hitting the 10,000-mark last Tuesday.

The latest update from the Ghana Health Service (GHS) has seen 157 new infections recorded.

This brings the total cumulative number of confirmed cases to 10,358 after almost three months since the first two cases were recorded in the country.

The disease has since spread nationwide as all 16 regions have recorded at least a case.

Recoveries over the past few days have not been impressive as only 69 recovered from the latest update by GHS.

There were no new deaths, fortunately, keeping the number at 48.
