The National Identification Authority has signed for the 2025 JoySports Invitational Tournament.

The NIA is a statutory body established by the National Identification Authority Act, 2006 (Act 707), to create, maintain, provide and promote the use of national identity cards commonly known as Ghana Cards for the advancement of economic, political and social activities in Ghana.

This year’s edition is supported by Royal Sweet Limited, Akonor Ginger, Afriwara, Ayuda, Ghana’s leading services app, App Baako services bebree, Game Energy Drink, feel energy, Emigoh Ghana, producers of Yomi Yoghurt and The Luckiest *712#, luck is everywhere; bringing extra excitement and energy to what promises to be another memorable event.

The JoySports Invitational, Ghana’s leading corporate sports event returns on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon.

Max-Fugar, the Multimedia Group’s Head of Sales and Marketing, expects an improved tournament that offers value to clients and participants.

“We are excited that the JoySports Invitational is back. The 2025 edition is going to be bigger and better,” he said.

“We have listened to our patrons and participating teams from last year, and we have factored them into this year’s event. It will be bigger and better. We have increased the number of sporting activities. Again this year, we are going to take the registration fee ahead of time so we can plan better for them.”

NIA will join Axis Pensions, Nkulenu Industries, Premier Health Insurance, etc. as organization who have signed up for the tournament for the first time.

Last year’s big performers Peeva Beverages, Emigho Ghana Limited – producers of Yomi Yoghurt, Sapholda Ventures, have also signed up for the event.

The JoySports Invitational Tournament will take place at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon, on Saturday, August, 9, 2025.
