A poll by research firm, Global InfoAnalytics, says the incumbent MP for Ningo Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, will win the National Democratic Congress (NDC)’s parliamentary primaries.

According to the research findings, Mr Nartey George will win the contest between him and a former constituency chairman of the party, Michal Kwetey overwhelmingly.

The poll also stated that about 56 per cent of NDC delegates in the Ningo Prampram constituency have indicated that they will vote for Sam George; while 16 per cent of the delegates have indicated his contender.

However, 28 per cent of the delegates were undecided at the time of the poll.

“Barely 12 to the NDC primaries in the Ningo-Prampram constituency, an opinion poll released by Global InfoAnalytics shows Michael Tetteh Kwetey, the sole challenger to the incumbent member of parliament, Sam George, trailing in the poll by a huge margin and highly unlikely to succeed in his bid to unseat the MP.
