One of the key highlights of the 8th National Women’s Summit & Expo 2026 will be the Geisha Speed Mentoring Session, a dynamic platform designed to connect emerging young women with accomplished female leaders across industries.

Organised by Charterhouse Productions in partnership with Geisha and in collaboration with MTN Ghana, the National Women’s Summit continues to promote mentorship and leadership development as a critical pathway for women’s advancement.

The Geisha Speed Mentoring Session will take place on Friday, 13 March 2026, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at The Palms Convention Centre inside the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra. The session is being organised in partnership with the Executive Women’s Network Ghana.

A Unique Feature of the Summit: Intergenerational Impact

A defining feature of the National Women’s Summit is its deliberate focus on intergenerational engagement. The platform creates opportunities for seasoned women leaders to share insights, experiences and networks with the next generation of women entrepreneurs and professionals.

Through a series of structured one on one conversations, young women will have the opportunity to interact directly with senior executives, business leaders and industry experts in focused mentoring sessions designed to spark ideas, build confidence and open doors.

This exchange of wisdom and opportunity reflects the summit’s overarching philosophy: “Give to Gain.”

Where Experience Meets Potential

The Geisha Speed Mentoring Session is built around the concept that when experienced leaders share knowledge, networks and opportunities, the impact multiplies across generations.

Participants will gain access to practical advice on:

• Career development and leadership

• Entrepreneurship and business growth

• Personal branding and professional advancement

• Navigating challenges in male dominated industries

• Building strong professional networks

For many young women, these conversations could become pivotal moments that reshape their professional journeys.

A Call to the Next Generation of Women

Organisers are encouraging young women across Ghana, particularly students, entrepreneurs and early career professionals, to take advantage of the opportunity.

Speaking ahead of the event, Mrs Theresa Oparebea Ayoade, Chief Executive Officer of Charterhouse Productions and Convenor of the National Women’s Summit, highlighted the importance of mentorship in shaping the future of women’s leadership.

“One of the most powerful ways to accelerate women’s progress is through mentorship. The Geisha Speed Mentoring Session creates a space where experience meets potential where established leaders can guide, inspire and support the next generation.”

““When we give support, women gain the confidence to step forward. When we give opportunity, they gain the chance to transform their families and communities. And when we give our commitment to creating fair and inclusive spaces, we gain a stronger society where everyone can thrive. We are reminded that progress does not come from holding back. It comes from sharing knowledge, investing in potential and creating pathways that allow every woman to rise.” – Chris Wulf Ceasar, MD Unilever Ghana
