Father of Ghanaian songstress Yaa Jackson, Mr Jackson Bentum has come out to defend his daughter’s seductive way of dressing.
The actress turned singer frequently wears raunchy clothing that exposes her skin and a lot more, attracting a lot of criticism.
Yaa Jackson’s method of clothing, on the other hand, is for entertainment, according to her father, and does not make her a prostitute.
Mr Bentum, a well-known Kumawood movie producer, went on to say that her daughter’s management is also supportive of how she dresses because they counsel her on what to wear in order to boost business.
“That doesn’t mean she is a prostitute. She is working according to the ways of show business. As a magician, her management would ask her to wear those things. So it’s the work. Those who don’t understand will say all sort of things.” He said.
