Kingsley Kwaku Pinkrah, a young Ghanaian social entrepreneur, has been recognised by the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD) as one of the 2025 Global Top 50 in Philanthropy & Social Impact.

This prestigious honour acknowledges Mr. Pinkrah’s relentless commitment to combatting poverty, reducing youth unemployment, and promoting inclusive innovation across Africa.

The announcement was made on World Earth Day (April 22, 2025) in New York, where MIPAD celebrated individuals of African descent and their global allies for their efforts in championing equity, sustainability, and transformative social change.

Mr. Pinkrah was given the recognition alongside global changemakers, including H.E. Amina J. Mohammed, Oprah Winfrey, Strive Masiyiwa, Jack Ma, Prince Harry, and other prominent leaders whose work has made significant strides in uplifting communities and advancing inclusive development worldwide.

He is the Founder and President of Success Hub International Institute (Success Hub), as well as the Founder and CEO of the Community and Entrepreneurial Development Initiative (CEDI Ghana). A multiple award-winning social entrepreneur and experienced business consultant.

Mr. Pinkrah is widely celebrated for his contributions to addressing youth unemployment through entrepreneurship and innovation.

Through his flagship programme, the Entrepreneurship Jobs for All (E-Jobs4All) Programme, Kingsley has empowered thousands of young entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Ghana.

The programme provides access to practical business training, innovation skills, tailored mentorship, and funding opportunities. It operates in collaboration with esteemed international institutions such as Queen’s University, Canada, and Leadogo Incorporated, Canada.

His impactful work has earned him several prestigious accolades, including Africa’s Social Entrepreneur of the Year and 40 Under 40 Social Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017, the Future of Ghana 30 Under 30 Award, and the Young Professional Role Model Award in 2018.

He was also named among the 50 Most Outstanding Young Ghanaians by the Future Awards Africa.

Beyond his entrepreneurial pursuits, He has become a prominent global advocate for youth empowerment. He has served as an Advisory Mentor for President Clinton’s Global Initiative University, the Queen’s Young Leaders Programme—established by Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II—and the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), an initiative by the United States Government aimed at investing in Africa’s next generation of leaders.

Currently, he serves as the Chair of the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust (QCT) Ghana Chapter and the Inclusion Lead for QCT across the Commonwealth.

In these roles, he passionately advocates for equity and access for young leaders from diverse backgrounds. His work with QCT is conducted under the patronage of His Majesty King Charles III, furthering the Royal Family’s commitment to youth empowerment and global inclusion.

Upon receiving the recognition, he expressed his gratitude, stating: “This recognition is not mine alone—it is a collective achievement. It represents the spirit of resilience, innovation, and impact that drives our work every day. I dedicate this to the incredible team at CEDI Ghana, our local and international partners, and every young person in Africa who dares to dream.”

He is expected to join fellow honourees during the Most Influential 100 Recognition Week 2025, which will be held from September 25–27 in New York City. This event will coincide with the opening activities of the 80th United Nations General Assembly.
