Mayfair Estate CEO Dr John Watson Otumfuor named most 'Outstanding Real Estate CEO at 2025 Ghana CEO Awards'

Dr John Watson Otumfuor, the esteemed CEO of Mayfair Estate, has been crowned Ghana’s Most Outstanding CEO in Real Estate Development at the just-ended 4th Ghana CEO Awards held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra.

This prestigious honour recognises Dr Otumfuor’s visionary leadership and consistent delivery of quality, affordable housing solutions across Ghana. His efforts have propelled Mayfair Estate to the forefront of the country’s real estate industry through strategic developments, including the landmark Jubilee Gardens Apartment project.

In his acceptance speech, Dr Otumfuor expressed deep gratitude to Team Mayfair and the company’s loyal clientele for their continued support.
