Former President John Dramani Mahama will resume his nationwide Thank You tour, having began and paused last month.

The three-time presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) began his tour on Tuesday, August 17 to thank his supporters, and, indeed, Ghanaians by extension for their votes during the 2020 general elections.

He started in the Upper East Region and continued in the North East, Northern, Savannah and Upper West regions.

On Tuesday, September 7, the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Presidential Candidate of the NDC will be in the Bono East Region for the “second phase” of the tour.

“This phase of the tour will take him to the Bono East, Bono, Ahafo, Western North and Ashanti Regions of the country,” a statement from his office said.

Former President Mahama is expected to meet with religious and traditional leaders, engage members, supporters and sympathizers of the NDC and also interact with the media.
