Asante Kotoko will decide on interim head coach Karim Zito’s future at the end of the 2024/25 season, Communications Director Sarfo Duku has confirmed.

Zito took over from Prosper Narteh Ogum following a series of disappointing results and has yet to experience defeat in any competition.

His record includes three wins, and notably leading the Porcupines to the MTN FA Cup final scheduled for June 15.

“At the end of the season, we will do a proper assessment of their performance within this short period and take a decision that will be in the best interest of Kotoko and Ghana football,” Duku told Citi Sports.

Kotoko will face Medeama SC in a Matchday 33 fixture on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, before concluding the season with an away clash against Vision FC.
