Joy FM’s Family Party in the Park returns on 26th December

Joy FM’s much-loved Family Party in the Park returns this festive season with an even bigger celebration of family, food, and music.

The annual event is set for Thursday, 26th December 2025, at the scenic Aburi Botanical Gardens from 9 am to 6:30 pm.

This year’s edition promises a day packed with excitement for all ages: from fun games for children to contests for adults. Families will get the chance to compete in cooking contests, sack races, dancing competitions and treasure hunts, with prizes and bragging rights up for grabs.

Food lovers are in for a treat at the Ghana Food Village, where guests can indulge in a rich selection of traditional and local cuisines. At Daddy’s Corner, the ever-energetic Kwanpa Band will headline the highlife and Jama session that has become a fan favourite.

Adding to the thrill, Ghana’s top DJs will spin great music throughout the day, while Kwabena Kwabena and other celebrated artistes will keep the crowd on their feet with live performances.
