The platform has features like, Enterprise Directory, where rich business profiles with complete information, galleries, services, and real-time updates are provided. There is also advertising engine self-service ad campaigns with banner ads, featured listings, and performance tracking.
He added that “Analytics & Insights Track performance, understand your audience, and benchmark against competitors are also part of the features. It also includes reviews and reputation, building trust with verified reviews, ratings, sentiment analysis, and public responses.
