
The Minister for Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, has delivered an address at the opening session of the National Economic Dialogue, organised by the Mahama-led administration.
The event, which brings together key stakeholders, aims to find sustainable solutions to Ghana’s economic challenges.
During his speech, Dr Ato Forson acknowledged the severe difficulties facing the economy, emphasising that the current crisis requires urgent and strategic interventions.
He stressed that while efforts are being made to stabilise the situation, much more remains to be done to restore economic confidence and growth.
The Finance Minister reaffirmed the government’s commitment to implementing policies that will address the structural weaknesses in the economy.
He expressed hope that the outcomes of the dialogue would provide a clear roadmap for economic recovery and long-term development.
