Eric Kwaku Vlidzo is a Ghanaian media sales and business development expert with over a decade of experience helping brands grow through strategic and creative solutions. He is the co-founder of EDALL Media Limited, a firm specializing in advertising campaign management, media services, and sales training.

He spent ten years at GhanaWeb and its parent company, AfricaWeb Holding, rising from Sales Executive to Commercial Manager. During his time, he led sales strategy execution, built strong client relationships, and drove consistent revenue growth.

Eric has worked with Rosyvon Enterprise and Virtual Capital Partners and is a professionally trained teacher. He is also a consulting representative in Ghana for TheAfricanDream, a Washington, DC-based communication consulting firm.

His work has earned him notable industry recognition. In 2019, he was nominated among the Top 50 Most Influential Marketers in Ghana. He was honoured as the Digital Media Sales & Marketing Man of the Year at the Ghana Social Media Business & Creative Arts Awards in 2020. In 2021, he was named a Vlisco Ghana Influencer in recognition of his brand impact.

Outside work, Vlidzo is a proud husband and father of three energetic boys, Acacio, Lemuel, and Lemmy. In his interview with TheAfricanDream.net, he gave a timeline of how he co-founded his advertising firm, EDALL Media Limited, and a glimpse into his professional life.

The firm is a rising star in the advertising industry, making waves with its innovative, client-focused approach to media solutions. According to Vlidzo, it is addressing critical gaps in the market by delivering personalized advertising strategies that drive business growth.

The inspiration behind EDALL stemmed from a need for more effective and creative advertising solutions. “I saw a gap in the market for innovative strategies that truly resonate with audiences,” Vlidzo explained to TheAfricanDream.net. “Our goal is to tackle issues like ineffective campaigns, weak client relationships, and a lack of creativity in the industry.”

One of EDALL’s standout achievements was a targeted social media campaign for a major brand that boosted engagement by 300% and significantly increased sales. By leveraging data-driven insights and crafting compelling content, the campaign demonstrated the company’s ability to understand client needs and deliver measurable results.

Vlidzo attributes their success to a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. Regularly attending conferences, reading trade publications, and exploring new technologies ensures EDALL remains at the forefront of innovation. “Staying current allows us to offer cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving demands of our clients,” he noted to TheAfricanDream.net.

Drawing from a background in teaching, the Vlidzo applies lessons in clear communication and empathy to their sales approach. “I view sales as a consultative process,” he said. “Building strong relationships and delivering value are key to driving client success.” This philosophy has produced long-term partnerships and consistent growth.

Vlidzo’s extensive experience at GhanaWeb, where he progressed from Sales Executive to Commercial Manager, improved his expertise in sales strategy, client negotiations, and partnership building. These skills have been instrumental in shaping EDALL’s client-centric model, which emphasizes regular communication and proactive problem-solving.

“We’re not just about placing ads,” Vlidzo pointed out. “We deliver creative, results-driven solutions that align with our clients’ goals.”

A notable milestone for the company was Vlidzo’s recognition as Digital Media Sales & Marketing Man of the Year. “This award validated our team’s hard work and motivated us to keep pushing boundaries,” he shared with TheAfricanDream.net.

Looking ahead, EDALL Media Limited aims to become a leading force in advertising, with plans to expand services and enter new markets. “Our vision is to evolve into a full-service agency known for delivering exceptional, results-driven solutions,” Vlidzo mentioned.
