The Ennobled Foundation has honoured the best graduating female student from the Faculty of Accounting and Finance at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), as part of its commitment under a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the University.
The award, which comprised a plaque and a cash prize, was presented during the University’s graduation ceremony.
This initiative aligns with the Foundation’s vision of narrowing gender gaps and advancing academic excellence, particularly by recognising and empowering women who distinguish themselves in finance and related disciplines.

Presenting the award on behalf of the Ennobled Foundation, Founder of the Foundation, Mrs Gloria Boye-Doku, reaffirmed the organisation’s vision of empowering women and promoting excellence.

“As the Founder of the Ennobled Foundation, I am deeply honoured to present this award to the Best Graduating Female Student. This initiative reflects our commitment to advancing education, promoting gender equality, and empowering the next generation of women leaders. At the Ennobled Foundation, we believe that when women excel, families, communities, and nations thrive. It is our hope that this recognition will inspire many more young women to pursue excellence with confidence and purpose,” she stated.

Lily Delali Nouchie, recipient of the award, encouraged young women in the field to surround themselves with supportive friends who will help them to succeed. “The defining moment in my academic journey has been the selection of the right friends, level 100 students should have friends they can study with to help them advance. As I stand here, I did not do it alone. I had people who supported me through the journey.”
Expressing her gratitude, she added: “I am overwhelmed because I was not expecting an award. I thank the Ennobled Foundation for their efforts in recognising me, and I shall cherish this greatly.” She said.
The partnership between UPSA and the Ennobled Foundation is expected to create more opportunities for student mentorship, empowerment, and career development in the years ahead.
