
e-Crime Bureau has officially inaugurated its third Board of Directors, a move set to steer the firm’s strategic direction and strengthen its position as a leading cybersecurity provider across Ghana and Africa.
The ceremony was held on Friday, November 28, at the Bureau’s offices in Accra, with H.L. Justice Rebecca Sittie, a retired High Court Justice, administering the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.
The Board is chaired by Dr. Albert Antwi-Boasiako, founder of e-Crime Bureau and former Director-General of the Cyber Security Authority (CSA).
According to the Bureau, his appointment as Executive Chairman marks a return to the firm, where he is expected to guide strategic initiatives and drive the firm’s international market expansion.

Joining Dr. Antwi-Boasiako are distinguished professionals and business leaders who will provide strategic oversight and support for the Bureau’s Transition and Growth Strategy.

Mr. Daniel Adoteye – seasoned business strategist
Dr. Suzanne Nti – expert in governance and organisational leadership
Professor Goski Alabi – academic and thought leader in technology and business
Mr. Hicham El Achgar – specialist in digital innovation
Mr. Michael Abbiw – expert in financial and operational strategy
Mr. Emmanuel Agyei – Consulting Chief Executive, leading operational execution of the Bureau’s strategy
Ms. Cecilia Antwi Kyem – Board Secretary, overseeing corporate governance
