Customer Experience Professionals Ghana (CXP Ghana), the professional body representing CX practitioners in the country, has launched the Ghana Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) Awards, Ghana’s first cross-industry platform dedicated to celebrating excellence in Customer Experience (CX).
Organised in collaboration with KPMG Ghana, the inaugural awards ceremony will shine a spotlight on individuals setting new standards in customer-centric innovation, service culture, and experience delivery across the public and private sectors.

“At CXP Ghana, we exist to give structure, credibility, and community to customer experience as a profession. Since our inception in 2021, we’ve committed to developing talent, influencing practice, shaping policy, and amplifying the voices of professionals in this space.
“This awards programme is a continuation of that mission. In launching these awards, we are not simply creating another event. We are creating a platform of recognition that is long overdue.
“One that celebrates the real work being done to evolve organisations from the inside out,” said Esther Dokuwaa Ofosuhene, CCXP, President of the CXP Ghana Association.
Margaret Takyi-Micah, the CXP Ghana Association Advisory Council Chair, added that the creation of this award program is a signal that customer experience matters in Ghana now more than ever and that this awards platform will inspire innovation, elevate best practices, and encourage every brand to put customers at the heart of everything they do.
Delivering remarks on behalf of KPMG, the official Knowledge Partner for the awards, Mr. Jonathan Lutterodt emphasised the strategic value of CX, stating:
“This awards scheme is not just about recognising achievement; it is about setting a higher standard for what good looks like in customer experience across Ghana and beyond.
“At the heart of customer experience is a simple truth: when we truly listen to the voice of the customer and respond with intentionality, excellence becomes a natural outcome.”
