Crystal Palace is closing in on acquiring Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah for around £30 million.
The deal, which includes an upfront payment of approximately £25 million and an additional £5 million in potential add-ons, marks a significant move for the Eagles.
Palace had previously shown interest in Nketiah, making inquiries about his availability in January, but he chose to stay at Arsenal at that time.
Other clubs, including Nottingham Forest and Marseille, also expressed interest but still need to secure a deal.
Nketiah has yet to feature for Arsenal this season and has been an unused substitute in their first two Premier League matches.
The English international has netted 38 goals in 168 appearances for the Gunners and is under contract with the club until 2027.
Should the transfer be finalized, Nketiah would provide Crystal Palace with a valuable attacking asset, enhancing their prospects for the upcoming season.
