According to him, Mental health is the ability to adapt and adjust to everyday life stresses evidenced by thoughts and feelings which must be appropriate to the norms of the society so anything that any individual does which is not a norm in a society, means that his or her mind has been affected.
In reference to him saying that ladies who expose their breasts and beads show a sign of mental illness, he also said that the dressing of every human being determined their mental stature.
Mr. Aboagye also said that the body types of every human being determined his or her mental stature and because most individuals do not know about it, they end up shifting blames on their family members.
He therefore advised that every human being must adapt and adjust his or her fellow and also, everyone should have a plan of any step they want to take so they do not get stressed up.
