Chief of Staff urges Ghanaians to embrace healthy lifestyle

“Even if it is just around your home or taking a short walk with your family in the evening, it will make a difference. Every time there is a walk, be part of it.

When there is no organised walk, create one in your community, your school, your workplace, or your neighbourhood,” he said.

He concluded with a stirring call to action: “Let us walk, not only for fitness, but for discipline, for unity, and for the future of Ghana.

The Chief of Staff has been a passionate advocate for healthy living, recently launching the transformative “Walk with Julius” initiative to further promote active lifestyles.
