CHAG to host 2025 annual conference focused on Christian values in healthcare

The Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) is set to host its 2025 Annual Conference, bringing together key national health leaders and faith-based stakeholders to discuss the future of ethical and values-driven healthcare in the country.

This year’s gathering will be held under the theme “Sustaining Christian Identity, Values, and Ethics in Health Systems Strengthening.”

The event will focus on how Christian principles and ethical leadership can reinforce a resilient, compassionate and high-performing health system.

Over the past six years, CHAG, with support from PharmAccess, has worked to strengthen quality healthcare across its facilities through the SafeCare programme. The initiative, now fully led by CHAG, is part of the association’s vision to ensure that every Ghanaian – regardless of location – receives dignified, safe and effective care.

Since its rollout within CHAG facilities, the programme has contributed to measurable improvements in patient care, accountability and overall facility performance.
